How to Enable Chrome Forced Dark Mode

 

To be clear, this "Dark Mode" strictly affects the look of a website. It does not affect your operating system's dark mode or the Chrome browser's own interface.

To enable Forced Dark Mode in Chrome 78 and later, follow these steps:

1.     Enter the following address in your Chrome URL bar: chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark

2.     This will bring up a hidden Chrome settings menu and the Force Dark Mode Option.

3.     Go the drop-down menu next to Force Dark Mode and select Enabled.

4.     At the bottom. hit the Relaunch button to restart your Chrome browser.
